Blink Exercise
Blink slowly 10 times. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths.
Eye Rolls
Slowly roll your eyes in a circle, 5 times clockwise and 5 times counter-clockwise.
Palm Press
Rub your palms together and gently place them over your closed eyes for 30 seconds.
Near & Far Focus
Hold your thumb 10 inches away. Focus on it, then focus on something far. Repeat 10 times.
